What is

mindful collecting?

It's something you're doing already. When you see a bit of content that resonates with you enough to want to collect it in some way. You may not realize it, but you've been stashing stuff away in different places—for years. Content can be anything you write down, draw, see, or listen to. Photos, videos, audios, and physical mementos are all content. And if you've ever thought, "I want to remember this," and put it somewhere, you've been mindfully collecting.
